Increasing our occupancy levels by attracting new customers and retaining existing ones is core to Bruntwood’s success. You will generate leads, evaluate customer requirements and match them with the best premises to suit their business.

Responsibilities

  • Actively network to develop potential leads
  • Proactively identify deal opportunities
  • Pursue enquiries to generate sales appointments and viewings
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our buildings and product options
  • Identify solutions to overcome customer objections and concerns
  • Undertake viewings, ensuring an excellent viewing experience
  • Drive improvements to ensure we optimise our product
  • Negotiate Heads of Terms and drive deals to completion
  • Build relationships with our retained Agents to make Bruntwood the client of choice
  • Liaise with the marketing team to develop and deliver effective market initiatives
  • Work with the project management team to manage fit outs and ensure a smooth handover to customers
  • Understand the market to ensure transactions are competitive
  • Maintain a good knowledge of the property industry
