Four diverse new businesses make the move to Wilderspool Park

    Four new businesses have located to Quayside at Wilderspool Park, the distinctive office development on the site of the former Greenall's Brewery, which has been revitalised by leading regional property company Bruntwood.

    The arrivals include leading global bank, Handelsbanken; international healthcare product manufacturer and distributor, Medline; PR agency, No Brainer; and enjoy!, a digitally driven customer acquisition agency.

    Once part of the warehouses and halls of Greenall's Brewery, Wilderspool Park is made up of four historical buildings, Brewhouse, Malt Building, Quayside and Whitehouse, which house a great array of companies from small businesses looking for studio space to large established brands in search of a bigger home.

    Located near the popular village of Stockton Heath, Wilderspool Park is close to a range of shops, bars and restaurants, with convenient road and rail links to Warrington, Manchester and Liverpool.

    Handelsbanken is a local relationship bank with a decentralised network of over 200 branches across the country. The bank will be locating to a 2,840 sq ft office on the first floor at Quayside, which will be the new base for its Warrington branch.

    Medline is a leading global healthcare company that manufactures and distributes high-quality medical supplies and equipment with superior value throughout North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Their product range spans wholesale and customised products for general, surgical and emergency care. The business will be based within a 4,500 sq ft office.

    Fast-growing PR agency No Brainer is an award-winning business that delivers public relations, social media and content marketing services and has located to a 1,632 sq ft office on the second floor.

    enjoy!, a digitally-driven hybrid marketing agency and sales consultancy, has taken a 1,632 sq ft office on the building’s first floor. The business blends behavioural psychology, marketing strategy and proprietary marketing software to generate leads, customers and increased sales.
